One of our picnic specialists will be happy to help you. Our goal is to make the Perfect Picnic experience so fun, easy and delicious that our customers come back again and again!

We will always try to accommodate every picnic order. However, please be aware that because everything we create is planned, prepared and packed to order, and that some days we may sell out so reserve in advance to secure your spot!

We know that many of you have special dietary requirements. Just let us know in the notes of your order what they are and we will do our very best to accommodate, make suggestions and create the Perfect Picnic just for you!

We understand that things come up and plans sometimes change. However, because all of our picnics are made to order, all picnic events, large catering orders, Picnic Experiences, or holiday orders are not refundable. You can reschedule your order to any future date at no additional cost.

For any Grab & Go purchases,

Customers purchasing an individual grab and go basket receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Group orders over 5 people will receive a full credit. All group catering orders will receive a credit without expiration.
